Project Description: 10 story hotel

Size: Approximately 13,000 square feet per floor

Construction Description:

1. 1. The foundation system for this building utilized deep foundations due to the buildings close proximity to Muskegon Lake.

2. The first two floors were designed using composite steel beams and columns to allow for flexibility of the interior layout.

3. The remainder of the building, including the roof, was constructed out of precast plank floors and masonry bearing walls.
