Originally a 1900s era YMCA that had undergone multiple expansions and renovations, the Fitzgerald was repurposed into high end condominium units. Renovation included the addition of balconies, infill of open areas, conversion of internal space to two levels of enclosed parking, all while maintaining the historical façade’ and creating a modern residential community.
