Project Description:  2 story health and fitness center
 
Size: main building 55,000 square feet (on two levels) with a 45,000 square foot tennis barn
 
Construction Description:

1. The main building was constructed with precast, steel, and masonry.
2. The second floor was precast floor plank supported on both masonry and steel.
3. A portion of the roof was constructed utilizing bow string joists spanning approximately 74’-0”.
4. The tennis barn was constructed utilizing a pre-engineered building system.
5. A small pool building was constructed utilizing precast floor plank, masonry walls, and wood truss roof system.
