Project Description: 33,000 square foot two-story corporate bank building with full basement

Construction Description:  

  • Steel framed with composite floor construction at main and second floors
  • Light gauge metal trusses at roof and moment frames for wind bracing
  • 45 feet column-free clear span at glass clere-story atrium requiring 36" deep steel transfer beam and girders
  •  Floor supported safe-deposit and cash vaults, weighing 150,000# and 37,000#, respectively
